The superfast notes are honestly enough to pass but the mc are not. Honestly, I think that any competent review course is enough to pass with exclusively as long as you put enough time and energy into it. I can't speak for which review course is the most efficient time/energy wise though. You don't actually need to know everything to pass the exam.
