I started MJ for T2 management, A1C 9.5, in 11/2023, did 5 weeks of 2.5 and have since been doing well on 5.0. Had labs in 9/23 and 12/23 and 3/24. The first two were unremarkable besides known stuff like A1C/glucose. The last ones showed elevated liver enzymes, AST=108 and ALT=56.

If anyone has any long term experience with nutrafol while on mounjaro please let me know if you would recommend them or just plain ol’ hair skin and nails vitamins.
