There's really no reason to put a B58 in an E9X car. The swap will be very expensive and for that cost you'd be better off putting that money towards buying a car with a B58 in it. The agreement I had with my dealership for free servicing apparently expired at 80,000km, a fact I discovered when they contacted me to inform me the car was due for about $1500 worth of "required maintenence".The more thin oil will be able to lubricate the parts much faster compared to a slightly more thick oil. I'm running 5W-30 LL01 atm (was running LL01-FE previously) and everything runs just fine. I'd go with 5W-40 in the future when I reach 80-120k miles but thats just preference. Appreciate 0.
